Q: Do you ship across the U.S.?
Yes. We offer free shipping within the United States. Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, or remote areas may require additional shipping charges.
Q: How is delivery arranged?
The shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are curbside only (end of driveway or street).
Q: Will the delivery team unload my sauna?
No. Customers are responsible for unloading. Crates can weigh between 800–1,600 lbs. If your crate is under 92 inches, a lift gate may help. Larger crates require equipment such as a forklift or tow truck.
Q: What if my road can’t fit a large truck?
Most deliveries arrive via 18-wheel trucks. If your road isn’t accessible, you may need to arrange pickup at the local terminal.
Q: What should I do if my order is damaged?
Inspect your delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork and take photos. Contact us immediately so we can assist.
Q: Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted under certain conditions. Please see our Return Policy for details.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within specific timeframes. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Before the order leaves the factory: We can update the address. Changes within 14 days of order entry are free; after 14 days a $65 change fee may apply. Requests made within 7 days of the scheduled ship date generally can’t be accommodated.
After the order has shipped: We can request a carrier reroute to a new address; a $250 reroute fee applies and delivery may be delayed.
If delivery is delayed at the local terminal, carrier storage fees may be billed to you.
