Return Policy

Our return policy is simple:

• We do not accept returns.

Due to the size, weight, and international shipping requirements of these products, returns are not permitted.

Exceptions (rare and pre-approved only):

If a return is authorized by our team, the following conditions apply:

• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted.

• All shipping costs (to and from the factory) are the customer’s responsibility.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in like-new condition.

• All returned products will be inspected upon arrival, and refunds will be issued only at our sole discretion after inspection.

Damaged Orders:

• If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage on the delivery paperwork, take photos, and contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping company and manufacturer to resolve the issue.

Refused Deliveries:

• Refusing delivery without prior authorization will be treated as an unauthorized return and may result in additional fees, including shipping charges.
